After flashing the 1.2 version image to a Peak, I can't send my apps to my phone.

Before that I could. Nothing was installed/uninstalled after and before the flashing, so I don't know what could be the problem. I just pushed some of my apps earlier this day, then I went to school, got home, flashed 1.2, then I can't push apps. I'm using Win8 32bit.
