I read another comment that my Coby Kyros tablet can run Firefox OS beta. Unless I run the tablet in root mode, I can't access Google Play. Any other options?

My tablet is using Android 4.0. (ICS)

The Coby website for the MID9740 says it has an Allwinner Cortex™-A8 however that is misleading, as this is really an AllWinner A10, which is a cortex A8 ARM CPU.to be accurate) The Cortex A8 is based on the ARMv7 architecture. It also has 1GB RAM, and cpu is 1 GHz. Out of the box,(and not rooted) it can't access the Google Play for FirefoxOS download. If I root it, I can download from Google. I'm not afraid to root my tablet, but I know many others' are. I had it rooted before using ClockworkMod, but decided to restore to factory.(similar to a routine bi-annual reformat with Windows and Linux on my desktop) I was just wondering if AndroidPit or any other sites have the beta available to test out on my Kyros.
