Ctrl + B right click em, delete option

You can delete from the Bookmarks Sidebar
- in OSX, Cmd+B opens or closes the Bookmarks Sidebar

Update Bookmark? Not sure what you mean. It may be best to delete the current Bookmark and then make a new Bookmark.
