I guess I'll just wait until some one has an answer for me. I would like to sync now, but no one is helping me.

I'll admit I'm confused. "iPhone" appears with your post, but there is no version of Firefox for the iOS platform. Is the problem on the desktop or on your mobile (e.g., Android device)?

Desktop: When a help article references the Firefox button, it usually means the orange button that appears on the title bar of the Firefox window when you are using the compact menu. If you are using the classic full length menu bar, you can ignore references to the Firefox button and go instead to the relevant menu. For Sync, that would be the Tools menu.

Tools > Set up Sync

Does that work?

Note that the orange Firefox button opens the menu and not the icon on the title bar (you can right-click the latter to get the system menu).
