When I use the feedback button I am directed to a Firefox site telling me I need to upgrade before I can provide feedback. The next link shows FFBeta is installed and I cannot download anything from the download button. I have a lot of feedback. Where/how do I provide it? Thanks!

Sorry, this forum only reads the UserAgent of the browser used when asking a new questions, so I can't "see" which browser you just used here.

Yes, it is possible that you installed that mobile version near the end of a released or channel cycle, which started anew on 01.31. The latest release version of Firefox Mobile is available from a link on this page.

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1

You posted here with a version that hasn't been a Beta for 3 months, it is the previous release version as Firefox 10.0 was released on Tues 01-31-2012. Mozilla doesn't accept feedback on past or current release versions; Elvis has left the auditorium and won't be doing an encore.

You can get Beta 11.0 from here on Thursday or late Wednesday.

But if you are not doing Beta testing or aren't aware of the Firefox update schedule or aware of the different development "channels", perhaps a Release version would be more suitable for you?

I am now posting with my Android using the Beta software. Sounds to me like I should upgrade. I have only had this version for a short time .I may have got at the end of it's cycle ?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I'll download the 1/31 version and when the next beta comes out I will try that. Thanks again!

Hi,

The feedback tool has a character limit, but the mobile developers read these support threads, so if you have a lot of feedback, do feel free to just post it here and know that the Firefox mobile devs will read it.

Thank you! Michelle
