Can you choose to just sync the bookmarks but not the bookmark toolbar?

I would like to have two separate bookmark toolbars, one for work and one for home. Therefore I would like all of the rest of my bookmarks to sync besides the toolbar. Is this possible? Thank you!

Unfortunately at this stage there's no option to sync just a sub-set op bookmarks. It's either all or nothing.

In any case, the feedback is valuable and we are aware this is a really requested feature.
