When I click on a link, I would like it to be archive with another color so i can see I click it on a past visit. It was doing it with the other version of Firefox.

Check the History setting:
Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
[X] "Remember my browsing history"
Make sure that "Permanent Private Browsing mode" doesn't have a check mark.
