how can i active private browser in firefox beta 4? it's simple in 3.6.13. but i could not find it using beta 4.

Click the Firefox button in the top left corner, then select "Start Private Browsing"

You should update your very old Firefox 4 beta 1 version to the latest Firefox 4 beta 9 version via Help > About
