Persistent "Low on Space" Error message when this is certainly not the case.

The last two versions had the same Low on Space error message yet the error message was removed immediately upon uninstalling.

This new version (4.0b2) will not lose the persistent error message upon uninstall the program anymore!

This is HIGHLY problematic as it destroys the ability for the phone to work as certain programs check this error and if it is present will shut down apps (such as text messages or email sending with attachments.)
