Chosen solution

It's sad, but Mozilla has never made good use of the ReadMe.txt file like other software does. This what that file has basically contained since I started using it in 2002.

"For information about installing, running and configuring Firefox including a list of known issues and troubleshooting information, refer to: http://getfirefox.com/releases/ "

And that URL isn't even used anymore, you get re-directed to a Firefox download page.

Kinda got it working with a combination of the link above and also using AlienBOB's multilibs http://alien.slackbook.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=slackware:multilib

Being kind've a newcomer to linux in general (worked with it a little before but not since 64bit compatibilities became an issue) all I could do is beat my head against the wall wondering what the issue was.

Anyways thanks edmeister. Much appreciated
