I have what could be the same problem. Do you have this problem with only the addresses listed, or have you noticed that you can't go to any https sites?

If I click on any links that go to an https page rather than normal http then nothing happens. Strangely though, if I enable Private Browsing mode it all works fine!!

I don't seem to have problems with other https sites - I can log on to my internet banking site with no problems. I have enabled Private Browsing and that, as you say, solves the problem.

I was having this problem too using FireFox 3.6.12. I read elsewhere that SSL 3.0 needs to be enabled. After going to Tools, Options..., Advanced, then checking the Encryption tab I noticed "Use SSL 3.0" was unchecked. After checking it, I was able to browse add-ons and the support page again.
