Hello ,

it might be that the %%pluginname%% plugin is possibly outdated. Could you please check the following:

  1. Go to Mozilla plugin check site
  2. Wait for the plugin check to complete.
  3. If any plugin is outdated, go to the plugin Website to download a recent version!

Tobbi: All are updated except adobe flash player and it won't update either; to clarify the problem: the run time of the download is forever.
