Everytime I use Firefox, the IE pops out the same window.

For example, I was on St. Olaf College website using Firefox, then there was another window popped up, had everything exactly the same as the other one, but it was an Internet Exploror window. The problem is I can't close any of the IE windows that popped up.

What is your primary browser? The site may have prompted for the primary browser to be opened. Make Firefox the primary browser. Also, try disabling all addons and try again.
