When I try to submit feedback on FF 4b5, I get "CSRF error."

In FF 4b5, click Feedback button and select "I am sad because...". Enter some text, and click Submit.

Submission fails with the message "CSRF verification failed. Request aborted."

Try to clear the support.mozilla.com cookies and log in again.

  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Also make sure that you do not block the cookies.
