Previously one could check Firefox version or look for updates by clicking Help - how is this done in Firefox 4 ?

In earlier versions of Firefox, one could check the version or see if updates were available by clicking «Help» in the FF menu bar and then selecting «About Firefox» or «Check for updates» from the drop-down menu that then opened. How is this done in FF4b ?

If you press either the Alt key or F10, it will temporarily display the traditional menu bar so you can select Help > Check for Updates
