This happens most often with Discourse websites, but also happens with other websites from time to time. I have uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger installed. But also by disabling that the problem occurs. Currently I'm using version 121.1, but it's happening for more than a year now. A temporary fix is to kill Firefox repeatedly until it loads the website again.
