Data or fingerprint miner through cellular IOS

1. My disability makes support services and use of this for support an extremely difficult process. Please let me help you help fix this for users like me.

2. My IOS has excessive data usage listed inside of system services>cellular data> the list includes normal apps and data use but abnormal service is from adnxs.com and family (sharing?). I do not use family and the amount of data is 102KB which is huge! The adnxs.com is referred to as a data miner/fingerprint collector/background re-direct via browsers used to hide malicious activities behind commonly used websites nationwide i.e., WashingtonPost 

How can firefox help your users that are technically challenged remove and prevent this with simplified, more user friendly services? Can someone help me remove this malicious thing immediately?
