When I try to subscribe to the VPN service, I always face to the same error message. I try using: - multiple credit cards. - all the extensions disabled. - another browser. - on mobile and on desktop.

Any idea why I cannot finalize my subscription?

Hi there,

thank you for posting on the forum, I am sorry about this issue you are experiencing!

From the screenshot itself I can´t identify why the payment is not successful. Mozilla VPN is available to subscribe in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Are you located within once of those countries?

Please also make sure that you do not have any other VPN´s installed that might interfere. You can go to iplocation.net and check if your location displayed on the web is correct.

Please also make sure that the payment options (credit card or Paypal) are in the right currency and issued in one of those countries as well.

Thanks for your answer. I'm located in France and I don't use VPN. I confirm that my credit card is in EUR. I tried again and same error. How can we figure out what's wrong with my account?
