Charged for Mozilla VPN, but no access

I tried to purchase 1 month of Mozilla VPN to give it a try. I filled in my card details and authorized the purchase. When I did so, it said it could not be processed, however I was still charged $6.49 CAD on said card.

Now, every time I try to purchase the service it tells me it is unavailable at this time and to try again later.

How do I either go about getting the service to work or my money back?
