I originally used to the 'Get Help' button on the Mozilla VPN and received an email from the support team but have heard nothing back since my last update on Feb 2.

To begin: I have recently installed Mozilla VPN and have had troubles connecting. I keep getting the following error message: "Couldn't start vpn." I have uninstalled it 3 times now and reinstalled it only for the same thing to happen. The only service I thought might block it is my Malwarebytes Antivirus but I whitelisted on the allow list just to be safe but to no better results.

The individual who replied stated I should sign-out of the application before uninstalling and I should provide more information.

My reply:

I followed what you stated, but now I am incapable of successfully downloading Mozilla VPN. After uninstalling, I opened the email I received and re-downloaded the application from the website linked. After using the Windows Installer Application, it appears to be successfully downloaded but keeps crashing, and I never get to see the program open. The only indication the program is attempting to run in the program logo showing up on my taskbar briefly and then disappearing after a few seconds. I have uninstalled both the application and its installer multiple times now to no success.

I am attempting to run this program on my Asus laptop running Windows 10 20H2; OS build 19042.662.
