VPN and Android

I have a TV programs streaming website that I use to be able to access. Now it requires (their) VPN to access programming. I subscribed to VPN.MOZILLO and installed it to my desk top. It worked fine. I then installed it on my cell phone (android). It installed fine and I turned it on, but I am not able to access programming on my tablet. Any ideas why VPN would not work?

Hello!

Unfortunately, most streaming services disallow usage of VPN and will block access if they detect you’re using one. There’s no current workaround for this as it’s a decision made on their end of things, not ours. It may be something we can look at working around in the future.
