I would like to discontinue this product. I have signed in to mozilla on windows 10 and activated as shown. No icon appears to turn it on (1st step in all directions). The dashboard does not appear and most sites I would use this for do not allow me to sign in using a vpn.

Can I just uninstall? Will that stop the charges.
