Hi

The way that I would do this on Firefox for Android would be (starting from the Firefox for Android home screen):

  1. Swipe across to the History panel
  2. Long press on the site that is prompting the notifcations
  3. Select to remove it from your browsing history

Next time you visit that site, you will be asked (and will be able to decline) if you wish to recieve notifications.
