Dear Sir or Madam: I am having an issue with using Mozilla Firefox browser on my Android smartphone in a live chat session which displays a extremely small font size that is hard to read during a conversation with a live chat support agent for Tracfone service. At the start of the chat session, the font size in the Tracfone chat session is large enough to read but after the phone goes off to sleep then the font becomes extremely small when I wake up the phone and continue chatting with live chat support agent for Tracfone. I have tried turn on your settings for Use system font size , and Always enable zoom in Accessibility but that doesn't fix this issue. The font is always extremely small and difficult to read; therefore making it impossible to tell what the Tracfone representative is talking about when discussing my phone issues with them.
