While trying to watch a vimeo video on a website there is sound but no picture

I exercise using a website called ellenbarrett.com. Her site contains workouts that are streamed through Vimeo. When I try to stream them using our Amazon Firestick and the Mozilla app, the video has sound but no picture. It's completely black. Makes it difficult to follow along!
