When I launch the firefox browser on my Amazon Firestick, there is no cursor. I can move around the screen by using remote to "jump" to links on the screen but this doesn't work on the pop-ups, e.g. to accept cookies etc. Is there a way to enable a cursor?

Hi

A circular cursor should appear when you are vieweing webpages in Firefox for Fire TV.

If it is not appearing, I recomend that you uninstall Firefox for Fire TV, turn off your device, restart your device and reinstall Firefox for Fire TV.

This shoudl resolve this issue but if not, please come back here with an exampel of a page where this is an issue and we can look into this further for you.

Hi Tried uninstall/re-install but still same problem. For example, if I go to www.bbc.co.uk, there is no cursor and I have to use the remote wheel to move between links.

Hi

I have tried that site here and am not seeing that issue.

From the Amazon Fire TV home screen, please can you go to:

Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Firefox and make a note of the version number.

and

From the Amazon Fire TV home screen, please can you go to:

Settings > Device > About > Fire TV and make a note of both the Software version and Fire TV Home Version.

This information will help me to look into this further for you.
