Upgrade from version 52.9 to 60.1

I am trying to deploy the upgrade from 52.9 32bits ESR to 60.1 64 bits ESR before the expiry date on Windows 10 1703. I install silently version 60.1.exe -ms, this works fine, then uninstall version 52.9 with the command %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe. This uninstalls well. VErsion 60.1 is still there but there is no shortcut to the application and windwos 10 does not recognizes this as an application. ...any ideas how to carry this upgrade better?
