Narrator only reads the first paragraph

In the reader mode, when I click the "Narrate" and play, only first paragraph will be read. The wave icon is moving, a speaker shows on tab, but no more voice came out. It looks like a crash but happens all the time.

Also, I tried chirpy and got same problem. Is there some setting wrong on my browser?

The MacOS version is 10.13.4; Firefox version 52.8.0 (64-bit) on ESR update channel.

You actually opened it up in the correct place initially.

ESR support is handled in the regular forum. This forum is for questions about customizing and deploying Firefox in the enterprise.
