Issue with Uploading File by capturing an image using phone camera.

We have developed a portal. There is an option of uploading a file. User can upload the file by Browsing the file or by capturing through phone camera. Uploading a file by browsing within the phone is working fine but when user tries to upload the file by capturing an image from phone camera and clicks on Save button, it doesn't save the file and redirects the user on Home page.

Please assist on this.
