I understand the reasons for auto-refresh by developers and sadly none have any benefit for the user. Unless you are a speed-reader the article you've chosen to read will refresh with alarming frequency or disappear altogether. I'm using Firefox 53.0, downloaded only a week ago onto my Asus tablet and can't find the option to stop auto-refresh. I've scoured the Net looking for directions to this issue but none of the proceedures seem to address my version of Firefox. Is there help out ther?
