Android permissions and a strange trigger.

Why are the Android permissions for microphone (record audio) and camera (take photos and record video) triggered whenever I select <browse> whenever I want to upload a file to a website? It seems like a pretty unrelated event. I might understand requesting storage access (already granted), but I cannot see the relationship to the other two permissions (which are denied).

The nett result is that I cannot upload files using Firefox.
