why can't I delete history on the yahoo search bar that appears when I type a letter on google search on firefox for android
On my Dell Venue 7 android tablet when I open firefox, my search engine is google. When I type a letter on the google search bar a yahoo search bar opens with history from previous searches. I cannot get rid of the yahoo search bar or delete the history displayed on it. The android for firefox instructions say to click on the menu (3 bars) at the top right of the browser and choose settings. There is no settings choice. It says new tab, new private tab, Bookmarks, history, and request a desktop site. To make it even worse I can't figure out how to delete bookmarks. Why is it that when you follow an instruction and it says so and so will appear, it usually does not.
