I have an issue with an incorrect charge on an app purchase, and email@example.com doesn't respond. What should I do??
I purchased an app in marketplace (FxOS) via visa, and after payment, there was some error in connection. A message of "cancelled operation" appeared, and I began the process again.
Now I have received a double identical charge in my credit card.
I checked support.mozilla.com, and the solution says to contact firstname.lastname@example.org, but it seems there is nobody there, I just receive an automatic response.
What should I do?
