It cannot show settings,emails,messages,music,gallery.I have not downloaded anything but connects.so how do I wipe everything on it.

You go in your settings. Next, search the button 'Informations', click on it. You should have a 'Reset' button at the bottom of the screen. Tell if it is not there, i'll do more searches.
