I understand that you are having issues with the email application in your Firefox OS device when connecting to an email provider through IMAP.

Aside from not seeing your IMAP folders and not being able to delete emails, are you having any other issue?

I would suggest attempting to remove and reconfigure the account inside the Email application in your Firefox OS device. If that does not solve the problem, please reply to this message with the following information:

• Please provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue you are encountering.
• Which email provider are you using?
• Do you also experiencing this issue when accessing IMAP email accounts of other providers?
• Who is your current cell phone carrier?
• How often do you encounter this issue? Has this always happened?

Please be sure to include as much detail as possible, including any websites that may exhibit this issue, and any error messages that you may be receiving, exactly as they appear. This will ensure that we have all the necessary information to investigate this behavior.

I've escalated the problem to bugzilla and the problem is confirmed to be a bug of 1.3 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1125629 .

I'll probably have to switch back to an Android phone to be able to read my e-mails.
