When I scroll through a message it jumps from the top of the page to the bottom and I cannot read the middle of the message

I can read the top and bottom of an email if it is more than one page but not the middle of the message. When I scroll down through the message it jumps from the top to the bottom

Try killing the background apps or just try to reboot your device

I understand you are having trouble reading long messages on your Firefox OS device because when scrolling, the message jumps from the top directly to the bottom of the message.
