m.GPSies.com

That's a mobile version of a very good online service and I'd love to use it on my FxOS device (which is Alcatel One Touch Fire E, running FxOS 1.3, branded by T-Mobile Poland, as far as I know).

My question is: why m.GPSies.com renders in wrong scale on my FxOS (too miniaturised) while it renders perfect on other phones, e.g. Samsung Galaxy S2, running Firefox browser for Android. Should the problem be solved by Mozilla team or rather by the GPSies team?

Thank you! MarFox

Thank you for your question. I also tested this on an Alcatel OneTouch Fire and the site loads correctly as well as the Firefox OS 2.1 on a Flame. It is possible to pinch to zoom in order to change the scale of the site correctly.

This will depend on how their site detects screensize. Looking at the site you posted, it uses bootstrap and js to detect the screen width. Ideally it should load the width of the screen minus 25px from the edge.

However if it is the site they can add support for Firefox OS devices: *http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17.../how-to-handle-different-screen-resolutions-in-firefox-os
