I accidently removed the battery while reset. Now when I switch on the phone gets stuck at the firefox OS logo.

Hi cloudio,

Are you still experiencing issues with your Intex Cloud FX device?

It may be possible to reset your device back to factory configurations. Please attempt to power up your device while holding either Volume Up or Volume Down and then following the menu options to reset.

I would also suggest contacting Intex directly for further support, specific to your device.
