Hi NaumanAbid,

Firefox OS is only built for very specific phones. The vast majority of Firefox OS ports are for Nexus devices. If you don't have a Nexus device you can check the XDA forums, http://forum.xda-developers.com/firefox-os

Flashing your phone will invalidate manufacturer and carrier warranties.
