what is the flashing process for ftp.mozilla.org and my flame?
I'm well versed in android and fastboot but I can't see any information about flashing builds that aren't built yourself.
I have previously installed b2g onto my old gs2 so I could follow the compile and install process but there appear to be builds available on the ftp.
I have just got this flame and would like to get a better understanding of the flash process before I try nightlies.
If it's possible to change my update channel through adb so that flashing isn't required that would probably be better again.

Hello, Now Public Build for Flame is available. You can download from FTP. From Here you can download | Flame Directory. Also, there is a unofficial Nightly Build image for Flame from Codingfree. You can download it form here. | Firefox OS Builds
Though we don't recommend to use Nightly, If you would like, you can try. Regards

Please ask it at MDN. Flame is a refference device, so MDN can help you more about this.

Hi lachlan-00,
According to the MDN's Flame device page, "currently there are no public builds available. This is our top priority for the Flame at the moment."
Stay tuned to the MDN pages for news regarding this!
Thanks,

Its all good, looks like it is too early to do anything other than build from source.
That's okay, I didn't realise I got my flame the day before the official release so I should learn some patience. :)
