為了解決這問題，請下載並安裝符合您 Windows 版本的「媒體功能套件」或「平台功能補充包」。

如果您把 Windows 更新到較新的版本，例如從 Windows 10 Version 1803 到 Windows 10 Version 1809，即便您在上個版本已經安裝過了，您仍然需要重新下載並安裝套件。
