I have a pretty through bookmark system. I use folders a lot, and the little window that pops up presents too much confusion if there are a lot of folder already open from previous bookmarking. Is there a method to have bookmark manager open by default upon selecting the bookmark star and allow me to bookmark the current page? Is there a default setting that will open the small bookmark window with all folders closed? If not how do I go about making a suggestion to Mozilla to include this in their next upgrade.

I need to be able to place bookmarks in bookmark tool bar. this is what it say: For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. I tried with Yohoo news it wouldn't stay.

For about a month I've had to use Chrome because my bookmarks scramble or become unoperatable, then about 4 days ago they started saving again & all bookmarks worked fine. This lasted about 3 days then went back to becoming dead or wrong (may all say 1 or 2) sites I visit. a restart may lose any new bookmarks, & the rest of my bookmarks are either wrong site or dead links. How do I correct? I have tried new downloads & the new Firefox acts just like the messed up version. Probably a simple setting but I give up, can't find the solution. Any help appreciated. Previous version, if I added a new bookmark, I would be presented with options on Where(Folder) and Tags. This is no longer offered, and bookmarks are just added to unknown within bookmarks Q. What has changed, and how do I get this option back?

Unable to open bookmarks list. It has very important websites that I use and need daily; earthlink webmail, bank account, daily weather. Unfortunately, I am not computer literate. I feel totally helpless.

I successfully imported the book marks and see multiple bookmarks folders in library. At least one of them really has the bookmarks. But when I enable show bookmarks, they are nowhere to be seen

my bookmark bar disappered suddenly and all my tabs are gone. i tried to bookmark a new tab but it would not let me. and i didnt do anything different. opened my laptop today and i had to restore all tabs, and my bookmark bar is gone and all my shortcuts from bookmarks are gone too

I have organized my bookmarks into various directories & sub-directories. On occasion, these directories &/or sub-directories 'migrate' if I'm not precise with my cursor movements. Is there a search function I can use without having to go through each directory/sub-directory one-by-one?
