i cannot install lastpass extension anymore, unless i update to latest firefox version.

this will force me to switch browsers to Chrome or Opera.

I don't like being forced to install the latest firefox.

I intend to stay with older versions that work better.

fix this crap please !

My extension for my password manager, 1 Password, will not populate my toolbar as normal. This changed in the past two days . I have tried to deactivate and reactivate the extension to no avail. Can you help?

Just received message, by LIFEHACKER, originally discovered by LAYER X, about "17 malicious extensions across numerous browsers", the list which includes Firefox and is supposedly a recent event outside of the earlier (?) event involving the Malware Ghost Poster in downloads previously cleansed by Firefox. Is this old news or is there more Malware that is 'out there' or that could be on my computer without my knowledge? (I do not download willy-nilly....) Would appreciate valid insight if it is just repetitious/old info rehashed for shock value. Thanks!

I just read a PC World article concerning extensions containing malware. AdBlock was listed and I've been using the extension for some time. Are you aware of this issue? Is the extension available viz Firefox setting/extensions in question. Should I remove it?

With the latest update to Firefox, 147.0.1, our test suites run with the extension, Selenium IDE, has errors, "Failed:n.createEvent(...).initKeyEvent is not a function". I am running the latest version of Selenium IDE. Installing the previous version of FF has no errors. What is the solution?

In my new PC on Windows 11, I decided to install the Mozilla Firefox from the "Microsoft Store". However, unfortunately, I realized that some Add-ons (extensions) where missing from the Firefox's "Gallery of Extensions". Among them, the well known and valuable extension '"Enhancer for YouTube", which I have installed on every browser that I use. I recently built a small Firefox extension for my website https://calcolo-stpendionetto.it https://calcolo-stpendionetto.it , which helps users calculate their net salary in Italy using updated IRPEF and INPS rates.

However, when I try to upload the extension to addons.mozilla.org addons.mozilla.org (AMO), I keep getting this error message: Signing is not possible due to an error with the manifest file

} I also tried switching to manifest_version 3, but then Firefox gave a warning that some properties like browser_action are deprecated or not recognized.

Has anyone experienced the same issue when uploading finance or calculator-related extensions? Is there a new manifest format or signing rule I might be missing for Firefox extensions?

Why i CAN'T uninstall the adobe plugin?

Firefox don't let me uninstall it cause it doesn't have the option to uninstall it at all.

Is there a way to completely uninstall only the adobe plugin???

I recently wiped & reloaded my computer. Multi-Account containers re-installed successfully & I see all my containers. The issue is with sign-in to Reddit.com website. If I try to login using a container, I get invalid username or password error. If I login without using a container, it's fine. I am copy/pasting my account info. I tried different containers; same issue. Tried creating a new container; same issue. Try again without using a container; login to Reddit is successful.
