Your instructions regarding verifying if your new VPN feature is working don't seem to apply. I don't have any VPN feature of icon in the upper right hand corner of my Firefox window???

When right clicking the context menu appears, but sometimes in odd places, and the disappears, so you can't select anything.

Same is true selecting the Help submenu from the Hamburger menu.

Restarting the browser fixes it for a few minutes, then same problem comes back.

Dear Sirs! I've been trying to install FF in several ways. Using installer.exe and setup150.exe. I started these files from same disk as the system (C), Temp folder empty and unlocked for read\write, located where it should be C-user-appdata-local-temp. I started files as administrator. Each time the setup fails with system notice like on the picture attached. It says "can not find specified file"

My notebook is very old, but it runs Win 10 OK, Chrome is OK also

I was in contact with Bitdefender Support and they suggested the following:

If Facebook still won't open, open Bitdefender and:
  - Go to Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Settings.
  - Turn OFF "Encrypted Web Scan" temporarily.
  - Now reload Facebook in Firefox.

Afterwards, I also had to click on "Messenger" to get all my contacts.

This is temporary since before FF 150, Bitdefender ran with "Encrypted Web Scan", and I had no problem in loading Facebook. So something that changed in FF 150 conflicts with Bitdefender's "Encrypted Web Scan".

How do I stop this from happening; never had this much of a problem before.

I used to access the passwords and addresses stored on Firefox by putting in my Primary Password. But now it keeps asking me for a PIN. I can't sign in to Firefox to get the PIN because Plusnet closed down our email account without telling us, so my old email address is no longer valid.. We now use Gmail. But I can't change my email address on Firefox as it wants to send the link to my old email address, which no longer exists.. I have a secondary email address on my account, but it goes to my phone, and I don't do emails on my phone. I tried to change it, but to do so, Mozilla want to send a link (or maybe a pass number) to my old primary email address, which no longer exists.

What can I do?

Yesterday, Facebook started to take longer and longer to load a page. Whenever I tried to post something and it took forevahhhh for it to show up on the timeline. I had to reload and repost several times since yesterday. All other websites are loading up just fine, but Facebook has taken as long as 30 seconds, sometimes even more before it refreshes a page.

Then.. it got worse. All I could see was the Facebook logo in the middle of the screen and nothing else.

Then it got even worse. As of this morning, I can't even get any results when I google Facebook! I put Facebook into the search bar, click return -- and nothing happens, absolutely nothing.

I'm not seeing any problems with any other website. I have already restarted my modem. I have already cleared out the cache and the cookies. I have restarted my laptop three times. I even looked up Downdetector, but there aren't any problems with the website in general.

Those are all the solutions I've found when searching about this, but the problem is only becoming worse, with everything I try. If there's something I need to change in Facebook settings, I can't do that, because now Facebook is completely inaccessible.

This is only happening on my laptop. Mobile is fine.

After a recent update Firefox now often displays a Settings screen that appears over my open windows and tells me that I need to turn on Location Services.

This has never occurred before and Firefox has performed well for many years on both Windows 10 and 11. And no website or contact has ever complained to me about a lack of location information.

So is Location Services a necessity. And is it a benefit that I really should use?

How do I get rid of new, but stupid vertical sidebar? I do NOT NEED OR WANT even MORE junk taking up the screen space. Is Mozilla part of Microsoft now? How do I get rid of that junk?

bold text I have just installed Mozilla VPN but it doesn't seem to be running in the background properly. How can I verify that it is running? And how can I restart it if it isn't running? I have a Mac.

I am unable to load my Facebook . have Googled the problem but am anable to perform most of their advice. I am running W11 and have emptied the cache but this didn't fix the problem. Please help !!

No firefox VPN in tool bar I am logged in Usual way of setting up recommended by firefox does not work Have tried log in log out . Clear data etc . open close.
