The Firefox installed on my Compaq CQ58 laptop automatically updated to version 150. I'm told by Firefox that there should be a button in the top right of the screen to activate the new free Firefox VPN tool. The button is simply not there ! How do I start the free VPN without the button ? I am located in France.

This morning I installed Firefox version 150 on Windows 11. Since then, the address bar does not auto-complete for websites I have previously visited. It also doesn't show any history in the search bar, only the history for my phone (see screenshot). I have also included a screenshot of the address bar settings.

Nach dem letzten Update auf Version 150.0 wurde ich auf den integrierten VPN-Support hingewiesen. Eine Aktivierung ist nicht nöglich, da ich die Aufforderung zur Aktivierung nicht finde. Gehöre ich noch nicht zu denAuserwählten oder verstehe ich etwas falsch?

Videos in YouTube play at about 50% brightness in full screen and not full screen, unless hardware acceleration is turned off, my mouse is hovering over an auto play thumbnail, or when the video is not in full screen and I open the right click context menu on the video.

Hi, I am on Firefox version 150, but I can't see the new free VPN button. I wanted to try it out, but I can't see it anywhere in my settings. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have my personal account with my personal email setup in both my home PC and laptop. I want to setup a new user profile linked to a work email to hold those passwords and bookmarks separately, and be able to sync it when using my laptop as well. I would also like to be able to have both accounts open at the same time in different windows (i.e. a "work window" with the work account, and a "personal window" with my personal account)

Is this possible? How would I go about it? I looked around the about:profiles tab, but that seems to only configure profiles for my already logged in account (the personal one). I think that what I should do is create a new firefox account with my work email and give that account a profile, but I don't know if I can be logged in to 2 accounts at the same time, and I'm not sure Firefox will show me both profiles at startup, or only the ones linked to the currently logged in account. I haven't tried this because I'm unsure if I could lose my currently open tabs.

I am trying to print a picture of our family dog to put into a frame. She dies the December 26, 2021 and the frame is a certain size that I cannot find or don't know how to do this size.

Youtube does not work. It shows somekind of default page that is essentially blank. It does say: "Try searching to get started" and "Start watching videos to help us build a feed of videos you'll love."

But it will not respond when I attempt to search anything.

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

Сегодня 23.04.2026, я открываю браузер и вижу, что моя строка и ярлыки находятся сверху, а не в центре(1 скриншот). Вчера 22.04.2026 все было хорошо, я покажу на 2 скрине как это должно выглядеть. Хочу заметить что у меня включена функция Handoff и она мне удобна, но мне неприятно видеть блок с ярлыками и строкой не по центру. Я использую тему ffultima, скажу еще раз, вчера все было нормально. Версия фаерфаокса у меня - firefox developer edition

When I open the Mozilla VPN window I am met with the "Get Started" page. I click the "Get Started" button and sign in. When I get to the "Signed in successfully!" page, it tells me to open the Mozilla VPN window again (it does this for me) and to turn it on and all that. However, when the window is opened again, I am met with the same "Get Started" page from the beginning, leaving me in the endless loop of logging in. I am running a fully updated Windows 11. Could it be an extension I have?

I have recently purchased a new Windows 11 computer, and want to install Firefox there and transfer all my bookmarks, passwords, etc. There are obviously quite a few Support articles on this topic, and seemingly quite a few methods to use: copy and paste profile folder, sync, the backup/restore function within Settings, etc. I'm a bit reluctant to use sync, as some users report it can be an incomplete transfer. My current profile also may contain some "corruption", so I'm reluctant to copy the entire profile folder to the new computer.

My questions are: 1. Why is it "best is to avoid restoring a full profile folder"? 2. Is this the complete list of "important files that are safe to restore/transfer"? 2. In my profile folder, there are several files that start with the same file name, but then have different file extensions. For example: cookies.sqlite, cookies.sqlite.bak, cookies.sqlite-shm, cookies.sqlite-wal. Should I restore ALL these files, or just "cookies.sqlite"? 3. Is the correct procedure to copy the selected files from the "old" profile, and then paste them to the "new" profile, which presumably would overwrite files of the same name in the "new" profile?
