This has been going on for some time. One site (https://www.chicagotribune.com/) displays for a single second, then clears to all white. I've tried disabling extensions and the Troubleshoot Mode, without any difference.

I am using MacOS 10.14.6 and Firefox 99.0.1. (Yes, I know there is a newer FF version, but the last time I tried to update all my bookmarks vanished.)

When I try to play Netflix from my Macbook and onto to my smart TV via my Apple TV device, I find that I can hear the sound but cannot see any picture. The set-up used to work fine until I up-dated to the latest version of the Firefox browser and then the picture disappeared. I have a second Macbook on which I'm running an older version of Firefox (from April'22) and this is still working fine with Netflix/Apple TV connection etc., i.e. picture and sound working well. Has anyone else had this issue.

Btw, I can have both picture and sound on my Macbook screen if I don't connect to Apple TV even when using the latest Firefox version!

I have tried to upload files in several websites and the "upload" button isn't working. I tried in Safari and I'm not having this issue. It's an issue keeping me from working. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi, I am trying to save my most important Bookmarks as Shortcuts in Firefox Homepage, but Firefox is not showing the icons of the shortcuts, instead it is showing as Letters of the site. Please refer the image that I have attached. Incase if the image in the attachment fails, use this link Do note that the icons in bookmarks bar are showing fine, but the problem is only in Homepage shortcuts. Please help in resolving this issue. Thanks in advance

I cannot play CNN videos in Firefox. They will not start. I can play them in Microsoft Edge and on my iPhone. I can play other videos in Firefox from, say, YouTube. It's just CNN that seems to be the problem. I have a Windows 10 PC.

I was watching anime today on some site and my firefox was downloading many files without my knowledge into my download folder. I'm worried that it can be some viruses? This is a screenshoot. Should i be worried? Thank you for help.

When I download a file before I even have a chance to save or open the file Firefox downloads the file and puts it on my desktop. I have to look at lots of .pdf files and this a bit annoying as I have to keep deleting all the files I dont want. The dialog box opens and I always choose open rather than save but Firefox has already saved a copy to my desktop. How can I stop this autosave please ? Cheers.

Recently my Firefox crashes sometimes when downloading a file for example from Yahoo mail. This is not happening always, but sometimes when downloading a file. I have the latest version of Firefox, Windows 10. I changed password, deleted cookies, did full virus scan, but the problem still persists. Is this an issue of the new version of Firefox and will be fixed with the new update of Firefox ? This is happening only with Firefox and not with other browsers.

not able to sign in on my account or track packages on FEDEX website. I talked with FEDEX and they say to try another browser and when I do the site works. I have tried taking off enhanced tracking and restarting in safe mode I cleared cookies and all. Is there a fix for this?

Wordle does not work properly on FireFox. It does not recognize characters that I enter as valid characters in the solution of the day. This occurs quite frequently.

Windows auto-updated and my bookmark toolbar disappeared

I still see all of my bookmarks in the "Bookmarks" list, but none of them appear across the top of my screen, where they usually are and I can't put them back.

Whenever I use the searchbar in the bookmarks manager, it always searches all of my bookmarks, but sometimes I might only want to search for that query within a specific folder. Is there any way to limit a bookmarks search to only a specific folder rather than the entirety of my bookmarks?

I'm using Firefox version 99.0. Windows 10, version 21H1, OS Build 19043.1586 I am on the web page for Yahoo Mail. When I need to print an email 1. If I print using the system print dialog: The heading of the email (Headline,From, To, and Date) prints. The rest of that page does not print. The text of the second page prints.

Hi, I have a extension in chromium based browser which is "extensity", it helps me to turn on off the extension without actually removing them and re-installing them. I need this because I have too many extension and each of them is useful but not all the time some are rare use, and I don't want them to be turned on all the time. Mainly because I think they will contain more resources and slow down the browser.

When I open https://www.washingtonpost.com/ it loads but after a few seconds it goes blank. This started a few days ago and only happens on firefox.

I have always used Gmail to email links, but it has stopped working. In Settings/General/Applications, the 'mailto" gives only the options "always ask", "Firefox (default)" and "use other". Previously the option to select Gmail was there. In fact, the list of applications only has 6 items instead of the numerous ones that were there previously.

Couple days ago Yahoo Mail stopped downloading attachments of any type. Only happens when using Mozilla. Yahoo mail works fine with edge and android. The following had no affect: (1) signing out and in to yahoo mail. (2) Clearing cache etc in Mozilla (3) rolling back recent windows updates. Occurs with all types of attachments, so not an app issue. Appreciate your help, please include only those suggestions which consider the "suddenly" part...

I cannot see saved credit cards in Privacy & Security Firefox 99.01.

I moved from a mac to Windows, and sync'd everything. I have no option to see saved credit cards in Firefox Privacy & Security.

Please help?

My Firefox browser is out by 4 hours. I am eastern and it recently switched to west coast time zone on its own. It did it once before and fixed itself in about a week. Other browsers are fine. I would like to stick to FIrefox but my shop tells me to switch. Can you tell me how to correct this problem? Thanks, Glen [email removed from public]
