I have noticed that since around Friday, April 24th, 2026, that Youtube videos will sometimes refuse to load properly. The page for the video will come up, but buttons on the page will not load, and nor will the video. This started happening around mid-day, when prior to it, things had been fine. At first I thought it might be tied into the 'ambient mode' option on Youtube itself., But even after shutting that off, I found it was still happening at ranodm.

Is this something new Yotube is doing in their continued (idiotic) fight against ad blockers, or is there an actual glitch in the browser or, more likely, a glitch in Youtube? Like I said, this seems to occur at random and I can't trace the cause for it. I'll include a screenshot of what I'm seeing. But if anyone knows what's happening here, I'd appreciate it.

I should add that I am on Windows 11 and using the new version 150.0 for Firefox. (Congrats on that, by the way.)

I'll be honest, I keep hearing some other browser can block youtube ads innately. (Brave, I think it was called?) and while the idea is cool, I'm not giving up a browser I've used for over 20 years for it. If Firefox can find a way to implement a similar means of blocking Youtube ads innately, I;d love it. But for now, I just wanna know what the devil is happening with the site. Can anyone help?

I've just opened one simple Web site (in addition to Mozilla), and already CPU usage sits at about 20%! Please refer to my recent posts here at "Why is Firefox Suddenly Taking Over my CPU?" for the problem description. Once FF upgraded to 150.0 a local webiste Jira for bugs does not work for Drag and Drop of file into the window... It tries to either save the attachments to my desktop or open them in new tabs... this defeats the purpose and creates extra steps

Hello ! So it seems that the font color changed in a recent update and I can't find any settings to change it. Also I don't see no "Theme" menu in the "Extension and themes". Please help.

When I attempt to log in to my Home Depot account I do not receive an access code either via email or text. I have contacted HD but they can't find anything wrong. It works properly if I use the Google Chrome browser,

FF 150.0.1 - CTRL + 1 - this shortcut fails to work as designed

It not only does not change focus to TAB no. 1, but also does not focus the tab it does select. That the second part above occurs may be, as far as I know, how it always has worked.

When using Outlook, some emails drop out and the message below is displayed.

It only happens in Firefox, not other browsers.

How do I stop this happening?

I am using Firefox 149.0 (64-bit) with Yahoo.Com as my home page. All of a sudden, when I use the search bar at the top of the Yahoo Home Page, Firefox opens up a blank tab in response. Doesn't matter what I search for, same thing happens. Then, if I close that blank/empty tab and reattempt the same exact search again, it works fine.

This has been happening only for the past few days - was fine before. Is this Firefox? Or is this Yahoo? And how can I resolve the issue?

The attached shows the cursor only from today and free hand highlight from a March 2026 when working properly. The free hand highlight today does not highlight, only the cursor highlight is functioning.

Recently I had a problem with Firefox opening a second icon on my Macbook. In order to fix it, I uninstalled and then re-downloaded Firefox. I tried to put everything back to the way it was before but I still have a problem with some websites not playing video. Most notably, Instagram and Blue Sky. I have attached screen shots. I have set Firefox to playback videos automatically but this has had no affect. Can anyone help?

As of FF 150 the theme does not load at start and takes some time to "pop in." This means when Firefox starts it's UI is all white.

It's been at least a year and the Bookmarks not available on start is STILL an issue. This means I get blasted with white UI, then have to kill FF and restart it to be blasted with the white UI again to get bookmarks to work.

I’ve been experiencing synchronization issues with Firefox lately.

Current situation: Tabs sync correctly between devices, but bookmarks and passwords no longer sync between my iPhone and my computer.

I’ve also considered an issue with profiles, I currently have three Firefox profiles:

• default-release (currently in use)
• default
• default-release-1

I also used Firefox Troubleshoot Mode (restart with add-ons disabled) to test the issue.

sync-log : The sync-logs show many success-sync entries and only a couple of error-syncs. There are no obvious connection issues (I’m using a shared connection in a rural area). However, bookmarks and passwords are still not syncing properly across devices.

Observed behavior: Sync is active and "functional" Only specific data types (bookmarks and passwords) are affected The issue persists even after signing out and back into Sync, and restarting Firefox on both devices

Checks already done: Sync is enabled for bookmarks and passwords Sync logs mostly show successful operations rather than errors

Hypothesis: A Firefox profile conflict

Question: How can I restore Sync properly without losing my bookmarks, passwords, or other data?

Dell desktop running Mint Mate 22. Bookmarks missing about 50% of bootups. Saved bookmarks to both HTML and JSON during an occasion they did appear, when they next were missing attempted to restore them via Library pop-up (Manage bookmarks). I could not determine a path to direct the system to either locally saved file. In Library, selected Restore, which then asks me to choose file, but none of the data fields accepted or acted upon input. re-installed Firefox but same result. Then clicked on the saved HTML file, multiple screens flashed on the display, with multiple items in the tray. The final result was the bookmarks were all displayed as expected, but since the problem has been inconsistent, unknown whether they will display on future bootups.

Wish to have guidance on using the Library pop-up to restore saved bookmarks when they are missing. Perhaps some knowledgeable user could post a step-by-step through the restore process.

Hi, when i try to upload files on myairbridge.com , drag and drop crash the tab , and when i try to click manually to upload the files i got popup that say if this website is trusted , it happen when i updated firefox, before that it was working just fine .
