Hi lenny16,

see Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox (it is the same with 11.4 you have)

If you select to downgrade flash, don't forget, to first uninstall your current version with adobe uninstaller program and then download and install Flash 10.3 .

You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:

  • disable the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and possibly the RealPlayer
  • disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
  • downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3
