Turbotax does not recognize my internet connection
I installed Turbotax 2010 from a CD and when I try to update it I get the following message: Error 42016: Unknown error Further messages indicate that The Turbotax program does not recognize my internet connection. I do no t have this problem with other programs. Turbotax tells me it is a Comcast problem. Comcast tells me my internet connection is fine. I am at a loss.
