hello, i use setting "Delete cookies and site data when Mozilla closes". i also employ multiple ad-blockers, etc. when opening websites, sometimes an "opt-out" or "accept all cookies" screen pops-up. the "more ethical" websites give adequate time to respond and enter choices whereas the vast majority close within a few seconds (no time to choose). just spoke with PayPal about their website's lightening-speed "cookie" pop-up. each website's pop-up is different so i found it difficult to believe when she said this was a "browser" issue (something Mozilla controls). i realize it's fairly impossible to not have cookies gather info but what can i do to opt-out on websites (besides not opening them) like this? thanks, dave PS: i'd add an image but can't catch one!

While on the site, open the Page Info window (using ctl+i) and, on the permissions tab, change Set cookies to the action you want.

It is most likely an extension hiding the cookie banner. Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
